We are the 30th Infantry Division, a World War II Re-enacting group located in Louisville Kentucky, U.S.A. This unit was founded by weapons and history enthusiasts with a vision of a unit who is second to none in tactical proficiency. There is a very heavy emphasis on historical accuracy and physical fitness within this unit.
If you are interested, please understand that this is a very expensive hobby. We are a small unit, and the amount of “loaner” gear available to new rekruts is limited. We will, however, help you in any way possible to save money by directing you to good sources of material, and will provide you with a reasonable amount of time to acquire your gear.
We attend between 10-12 events per year, usually a mixture of living history events and invitation only tacticals on the east coast and in the mid west. As we are spread out over most of Kentucky and Indiana, we handle most of our correspondence through the web page or via e-mail.
